Today we continue to have another glimpse into God’s word to see some more things it says about Salvation.

Gen.3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. God announces satan will be defeated and there is a plan of salvation.

Isaiah 35:4

King James Version (KJV)

4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you. Isa.45:17 But Israel shall be saved in the Lord with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end. Zech.9:16 And the Lord their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people: for they shall be as the stones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon his land. Romans 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: SALVATION for Israel predicted!

Isa.45:22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.  49:6 And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth. Isa.52:10 The Lord hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. — SALVATION of the Gentiles predicted!

Eph.1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, — 2 Timothy 1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel: — SALVATION is revealed in the gospel.

  1. Gen 3:The Messiah would come from the seed of the woman. not the man. Thus predicting the virgin birth. The seed would be a Son. This verse was fulfilled by The Messiah. Satan bruised the heel on the cross but He crushed the head of the serpent and achieved the ultimate victory!

Even though Balaam was a false prophet, God still used him to predict the Savior.Num 24:17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth. Jesus, in Rev 22:16, Declares that he is the bright and morning star.

There are so many great Scriptures that thread to the fulfillment of Messiah.
