Good day my friends! It is a great privilege to share these few words of Scripture with you and today finishes our brief look at Assurance for the Soul. I hope you enjoyed it and was blessed!

2 Co.5:17; 1Jn.3:14-22– Assurance of a changed life!

Romans 15:12-13; Phil.4:7.

Romans 15:12-13

¹²And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.

¹³Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. We have assurance of joy and inner peace! Another step in the ladder of assurance is the step of victorious living. 1 John 5:4-5–

⁴For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

⁵Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? We have the Holy Spirits testimony for assurance. [ Romans 8:15-16 ]. When we are with Christ we have absolute assurance of eternal life! [ Romans 8:33-39; 2 Timothy 1:12 ]. Romans 8:38-39–

³⁸For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

³⁹Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

AWAKE!

Awake, my mind awake! Meditate on God;

His words and grace so freely given.

Awake, my eyes awake! See God’s gift of salvation.

Awake, my ears awake! Hear His words of comfort given.

Awake, my tongue awake! Proclaim His truth of redemption.

Awake, my mouth awake! Sing His praise and glory forever.

Awake, my heart awake! Be filled with God’s spirit.

Awake, my arms awake! Embrace His mercy forever.

Awake, my hands awake! Serve Him in His awesome creation.

Awake, my knees awake! Bow in prayer with humble adoration.

Awake, my legs awake! Stand firm with great devotion.

Awake, my feet awake! Follow the steps Jesus trod before us.

Awake, my soul awake! Praise God for His love and favor.

Rejoice, my being rejoice! Dwell with Christ forever.

ASSURANCE FOR THE SOUL 2

I am sitting and thinking about love, how that if added the love of all humanity together it would not be as great as the love of God. Here are some verses of Scripture about the matchless love of God. Romans 5:5; 1 John2:5; 1John4:9; Jude 1:21; Romans 8:38-39.

JUST THINKING!

I SIT HERE GAZING OUT MY WINDOW AT THE HILLS ACROSS THE STREAM AND SEE THEIR BEAUTY AS THE BREEZE SLOWLY ROCKS THE TREES BACK AND FORTH IN A HYPTONIZING MOTION. YES GOD CREATED ALL I SEE, AND DON’T SEE, HEAR, SMELL AND TASTE; HE DESERVES OUR HONOUR AND PRAISE FOR WHAT HE IS DOING AND DONE. HE PROVIDED A WAY TO SALVATION BY SACRIFISING HIS ONLY SON ON CALVARY’S TREE BECAUSE HE LOVES YOU AND ME. YES, ALL CREATION SHALL CLAP THEIR HANDS AND SAY HE IS LORD!

so many want prosperity,

So many seek a good trail,

so many find paths not trod,

So many are searching for Heaven,

that way is Jesus

HEAVENLY THOUGHTS

As I lay here,

with these words running,

through my mind,

” O, come, Angel band,

come and around me stand,

bare me away,

on your snowy wings

to my immortal home.”

One day,

At my Heavenly Father’s timing,

I will be ushered into Heaven

by the sound of Angel’s wings,

a Heavenly choir singing,

as my feet will touch down

on the streets of gold,

to live forever,

and never grow old.

Yes, in this land of cloudless skies,

no pain, no heartaches and no cry’s.

Now, another song floods my soul,

” What a day that will be,

when the face of Jesus,

we shall see.”
