A GREAT PSALM!

Psalm 121King James Version

121 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.

3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.

6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

BE OF GOOD CONSCIENCE!

HAVING A CLEAR CONSCIENCE!
WHEN I WAS YOUNG ,70 YEARS AGO WE USED TO TALK ABOUT OUR CONSCIENCE AS A GOOD ONE ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER AND BAD CONSCIENCE ON THE LEFT SHOULDE; THIS BAD WAS BUSY TALKING US TO DO EVIL AND THE GOOD CONSCIENCE TO DO GOOD.
TODAY WE ARE GOING TO LOOK AT THE BIBLE AND SEE WHAT IT SAYS ABOUT THE CONSCIENCE. THE PEOPLE WHO FOLLOW CHRIST STRIVE FOR A CLEAR CONSCIENCE ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES. LET’S TURN IN OUR BIBLES TO 1 TIM.1:3-5.1 Timothy 1:3-5

3 As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine,
4 Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.
5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:

THESE VERSES TELL ME TO REMAIN FAITHFUL TO THE TRUE DOCTRINE AND LISTEN NOT TO SEDUCING SPIRITS THAT WANT YOU TO LISTEN TO THEM SO THEY CAN SEAR OR DESTROY YOUR GOOD CONSCIENCE. [REMAIN FAITHFUL TO THE TRUTH OF GOD’S WORD AND KEEP DOCTRINAL PURITY AND A CLEAR CONSCIENCE.

13 Neither can they prove the things whereof they now accuse me.
16 And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void to offence toward God, and toward men.
HERE THE MESSAGE IS THE SAME KEEP A CLEAR CONSCIENCE AND PURIFIED DOCTRINE.
