THANK YOU FATHER!
Thank you Father,
For this day
And our daily bread,
And the roof over our head.
Thank you Father
For the sunshine
And the rain that falls;
Thank you Father,
For the birds that sing
And the wild goose call.
Thank you Father
For your grace,
And your forgiveness
When we ask;
Thank you Father
For the strength,
To do our task;
Thank you Father,
For giving us your SON
To save us from sin
When upon His name
Precious name we call;
Yes, thank you Father
For salvation through Jesus,
The best gift of all.

Psalm 23King James Version
23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
Walk of Remembrance
The Walk of Remembrance
I walked into the woods that day, wondering what I might see, I just got over the knoll and I saw ten white tailed deer in a small cedar grove; They had their ears standing straight trying to figure out what I might be. In an old maple tree a woodpecker tapped a tune for me; There were two crows perched on a high branch keeping a watch on me. Caw, caw, caw, they proclaimed as they fly away. Off to my right a Nuthatch crept upside down, showing off for the woodpecker and chick -a- dees. Over my head a large hawk was soaring in circles, it’s keen eyes searching below to see something for lunch. As I watch nature’s beauty my mind travels back to the book of Genesis where God spoke all these things into being, except mankind, mankind was moulded by God’s hands from the dust on the ground and God breathed life into man. I stood in awe of all these beautiful things around me that God made for us to enjoy, then I bent down and gave thanks unto God the Creator. God loves us and when we fall He picks us up and dusts us off. When we fall, we must repent and ask God to forgive. About 2000 years ago God’s only begotten Son Jesus went to the hill called Mount Calvary and hung on an old wooden cross and shed His precious blood to wash our sin away giving freedom from sin when we ask Him to save our soul. Oh, what a Saviour!

A Special Morning!
A Special Morning!
I woke up blurry eyed,
I saw a beautiful sunny morning,
as I looked outside;
a special morning to kneel,
on our knees and pray.
I thank Him for His Salvation;
I thank Him for His Holy Spirit,
that guides us through our day.
The snow is beginning to melt,
soon the green grass will grow;
God will send the song birds,
to sing for you and me.
O, how I love to hear,
the robins sing, cheer up,cheer up,
wake up and enjoy spring.
So let’s rejoice in God’s Salvation plan,
through His Son’s finished work,
as He hanged on the tree;
baring yours and my sin.
Yes, we are washed clean,
by the precious blood of Jesus,
God’s only begotten Son.
By believing in Christ’s death, burial and resurrection;
We have life for eternity, O, what a VICTORY!

Favourite Bible Verses!
What Christ Means to Me!
Christ is the only Son of God, He is my guide as I travel this sod. Christ is my shelter in the rain and my strength in pain. He is my light, when the world seems so dark, and when I am down, and feeling low, to the comfort of Christ, I can go. Christ gives me, mercy and grace, and on the cross, He took my place, by His blood, He redeemed my soul, and by His Spirit, He controls. Christ is my Savior, and my friend, a friendship that will never end. I am looking toward that day, when Christ will wipe my tears and pain away. This is what Christ means to me, He is my friend and Savior, for all eternity!

JUST THINKING
JUST THINKING!
As I look over the hill,
the fog is settling in,
much like the day,
Satan caused mankind to sin.
I walked in the fog,
the fog called sin,
for sixteen years,
then one night a light shone,
the light of God’s word,
began to light up my heart,
and the Holy Spirit convicted me,
yes, pointed out my sin.
God’s word says,
only one way to Heaven,
and only one way to HIM;
that is through the shed blood,
as Jesus hung on Calvary’s tree,
providing redemption for me.
So, I cried,
Oh, Jesus I am a sinner,
please give salvation to me,
and a place in Heaven,
with the Saints before me.
